5-Amino-1MQ
5-Amino-1MQ is a small-molecule inhibitor of NNMT (nicotinamide N-methyltransferase), an enzyme overexpressed in fat tissue that slows metabolism. By inhibiting NNMT it boosts cellular NAD+ availability and metabolic rate, promoting fat loss - particularly visceral fat - while preserving lean mass. Unlike most peptides it is taken orally.
AOD-9604
AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of human growth hormone (hGH residues 177-191) that stimulates fat breakdown without affecting blood sugar or promoting growth. It was developed as an anti-obesity drug and retains the lipolytic activity of hGH without its diabetogenic effects. It is generally very well tolerated.
BPC-157
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It is widely used for its regenerative effects on tendons, ligaments, muscle, and the gastrointestinal tract. It also exhibits systemic anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective properties.
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is a modified GHRH analog that stimulates pulsatile growth hormone release from the pituitary. Without the Drug Affinity Complex it has a short half-life, preserving natural GH pulsatility. It is most commonly stacked with Ipamorelin.
Cerebrolysin
Cerebrolysin is a porcine brain-derived peptide preparation with neurotrophic activity similar to endogenous neurotrophic factors. It is approved in numerous countries for stroke, traumatic brain injury, and dementia. It requires intramuscular or intravenous administration and is dosed by volume rather than mass.
Epitalon
Epitalon (Epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide based on the natural pineal peptide epithalamin. It activates telomerase and has demonstrated life-extension and circadian-normalizing effects in animal studies. It is typically used in short cycles once or twice per year rather than continuously.
GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide with potent regenerative and anti-aging effects. It stimulates collagen production, wound healing, and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions. Endogenous levels decline significantly with age.
Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a highly selective growth hormone secretagogue and ghrelin mimetic that stimulates GH release without significantly raising cortisol or prolactin. It is considered one of the cleanest GHRPs with minimal side effects. Frequently combined with CJC-1295 (no DAC) for synergy.
LL-37
LL-37 is the only human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide, with broad-spectrum activity against bacteria, viruses, fungi, and biofilms. It also modulates innate and adaptive immunity and supports wound healing. It is used experimentally for chronic infections and immune dysregulation.
Liraglutide
Liraglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist approved for type 2 diabetes (Victoza) and weight management (Saxenda). Unlike weekly GLP-1 agents it requires daily injection due to its shorter half-life. Average weight loss is more modest (around 5-8% of body weight) than newer agents.
MOTS-c
MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide encoded within the mitochondrial genome that regulates metabolic homeostasis. It enhances insulin sensitivity, promotes fat oxidation, and has shown exercise-mimetic and lifespan-extending effects in animal studies. Endogenous levels decline with age.
Melanotan II
Melanotan II is a synthetic analog of alpha-MSH that stimulates melanogenesis, producing a tan with minimal UV exposure. It also has pro-sexual effects (it is the parent compound of PT-141) and mild appetite-suppressant properties. It is typically run with a loading phase followed by lower maintenance dosing.
NAD+
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a critical coenzyme in cellular energy metabolism, DNA repair, and sirtuin activation. Levels decline substantially with age, and replenishment is studied for longevity, energy, and neuroprotection. Injectable NAD+ bypasses the limited oral bioavailability of direct NAD+ supplementation.
PT-141
PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a melanocortin receptor agonist FDA-approved (Vyleesi) for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women. Unlike PDE5 inhibitors it acts centrally on the nervous system to increase sexual desire rather than on blood flow. It is effective in both men and women.
Retatrutide
Retatrutide is an investigational triple agonist targeting GIP, GLP-1, and glucagon receptors. Phase 2 trials showed unprecedented weight loss of up to roughly 24% of body weight at 48 weeks. It remains in clinical development and is not yet FDA-approved.
SS-31
SS-31 (Elamipretide) is a mitochondria-targeted tetrapeptide that selectively binds cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane. It improves mitochondrial efficiency, reduces oxidative stress, and is being studied for heart failure, mitochondrial myopathies, and age-related functional decline.
Selank
Selank is a synthetic analog of the immunomodulatory tetrapeptide tuftsin with pronounced anxiolytic and nootropic properties. It reduces anxiety without sedation, tolerance, or dependence, making it an alternative to benzodiazepines. Developed in Russia and administered intranasally.
Semaglutide
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes (Ozempic) and chronic weight management (Wegovy). It reduces appetite, slows gastric emptying, and improves glycemic control. Clinical trials demonstrate average weight loss of around 15% of body weight at the 2.4mg dose.
Semax
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide analog of the ACTH(4-10) fragment developed in Russia as a nootropic and neuroprotective agent. It enhances BDNF expression, improves focus and memory, and is used clinically for stroke recovery and cognitive fatigue. It is administered intranasally for CNS penetration.
Sermorelin
Sermorelin is a GHRH(1-29) analog that stimulates natural, pulsatile growth hormone release from the pituitary. It was previously FDA-approved for pediatric GH deficiency and is widely used off-label for adult GH optimization. Users typically report improved sleep, recovery, and body composition.
TB-500
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide involved in tissue repair. It promotes cell migration, new blood vessel formation, and reduced inflammation throughout the body. Commonly used for soft-tissue injuries, flexibility, and overall recovery.
Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a synthetic GHRH analog FDA-approved (Egrifta) for reduction of visceral adipose tissue in HIV-associated lipodystrophy. It is one of the most potent GH secretagogues available and strongly reduces visceral fat. It has also been studied for cognitive benefits in older adults.
Thymosin Alpha-1
Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28-amino-acid peptide naturally produced by the thymus that orchestrates immune function. It is approved in over 30 countries (Zadaxin) for hepatitis B and C and as a vaccine adjuvant. It enhances T-cell, dendritic-cell, and NK-cell responses and is used for chronic infections and immune support.
Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist approved for type 2 diabetes (Mounjaro) and chronic weight management (Zepbound). It produced greater average weight loss than semaglutide in trials, up to roughly 20% of body weight. Dosed once weekly with gradual titration.
